Shipping Time & Expectations

We process orders quickly, but international transit requires patience. Due to the global dropshipping origin, our delivery times are longer than typical domestic mail.

1. Order Processing Time

The normal order processing time is 3–7 business days (Monday through Friday). This time is required for the manufacturer to conduct quality checks, prepare, package, and send the order to the international shipping carrier.

Please Note: During holidays, limited-edition launches, and sales, processing time may vary.

2. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the international delivery time is dependent on your region. There are no "Ground" or "Express" domestic options; all shipping is Standard International.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order total. All prices listed below are approximate and based on standard currency conversion.

Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number after the 3–7 business day processing window. Please allow 5-10 business days for the tracking status to update after receiving the email, as there is often a delay between international shipment and carrier scanning.

Important Notices

• Customs, Duties, and Import Fees: Labubutique is NOT responsible for any customs, import duties, VAT, or other local taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Third-Party Carriers & Delays: Labubutique is not responsible for deliveries that are affected by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes and delays, or extra fees and back-end charges once the package has exited the manufacturer’s region.

• Undeliverable Packages: Packages undeliverable by our international shipping partners due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be held by the carrier. If the package is returned to our manufacturer, we will issue a refund for the item price only (excluding original shipping costs).
